“Forest Bathing”
Flagstaff Mountain, Boulder
Join Recovery Coach Brian Klink of Living Color Healing and Recovery Support Specialist Jim Veraldi, as well as other local experts, to discover the value of nature from a recovery perspective. In this sensory experience, we’ll blend social connection and nature immersion to deepen our connections and experience how a reciprocal relationship with the natural world can enhance our recovery. Our time together will involve a short walk to a quiet space - all fitness levels are welcome. This is not meant to be a workout but a connection; an experience. We’ll meet at the Flagstaff Nature Center parking lot. Come try it out - you’ll be glad you did!
